Ausangate 6 Days and 5 Nights

Hiking Ausangate Mountain Circuit 6 days

Trekking the Ausangate Circuit 6 days is one beautiful treks in Cusco. The Cordillera Vilcanota is an impressive range of mountains which include the massive Ausangate snow capped mountain (6,372m) and three others over 6000m. A hike around the base of Nv. Ausangate contains both spectacular mountains scenery and highland life. Unsurprisingly, the Ausangate Circuit has become a popular hike, one that is possible to complete in a week or as little time as six days.

Freezing cold nights and amazing sun glories around the snow capped top of Ausangate is how many remember a trek to Ausangate. And it is many times freezing at night, but the reward for the cold feet are great days with impressive views of the massive of Ausangate Snocapped Mountain with icy snowpeaks, blue and turquis lakes and a insight to the rugh life of the ancestors of the incas, who still live in small stone houses surrounded by herds of llamas and alpacas. In the trek of Ausanget Circuit you can also enjoy the luxury of a relaxing bath in the hot springs that are found at both the beginning and the end of the trek.
